Mobile phones are the biggest inventions of this modern world but it also creates too many distractions.
Suppose you are using your mobile to watch online classes or doing some important stuff but you got a notification from any social networking sites like FB, Instagram, or WhatsApp and got diverted from your work. It decreases our efficiency and concentration. Suddenly you realize that 1 hour has passed enjoying memes and all.
A simple trick to stop this unwanted notification on your phone:
1.Open Apps and search for the app ‘Digital Wellbeing'.
2.open this app and scroll below to find Focus Mode.
3.pen focus mode and select all the unwanted apps and then turn it on.
4.it will look like this in the notification bar after focus mode is turned on.you will not get any notifictions from these apps while the focus mode in on.
5.If you try to open an app that you have selected above (Step 3) while focus mode is on then you will see this message.
6. If you change your mind and want to use these unwanted apps for shorter time then you have three options:
[a]5 minutes
[b]15 minutes
[c]30 minutes
7.If you select 5 minutes then all the unwanted apps will be now available for 5 minutes and after that focus mode will be on automatically.
In this way,you can stop all these unwanted apps and their notification on your phone.
